1. Rub the ear plug with clean and dry hand.

2. Another hand raise the upper part of the ear, then put the ear plug into the ear canal.

3. Hold the ear plug for 30-40 seconds, until the ear plug fully rebound. (Remove ear plug: To be comfortable, please rotate the ear plug when pulling out the ear plug.)
